Hi,

I understand that I having been asking a lot of questions on this forum in the past few days, but it has been helpful so thank you in advance.

Is it possible to enter an expression in to a field so that it can make a calculation depending on what other fields are have fields.
FOR EXAMPLE:
I would like field “A” to calculate a formula IF field “B” has a date but if field “B” is empty and field “C” has a date I would like the formula to calculate using field “C”.

Thanks again for any help with this matter!

Regards
Mark

What you would like to achieve can be done, however, it can't be done in the manner in which you are thinking. You must look into utilizing the Lookup.ini feature of GoldMine which is covered in all of my books. You may find any of my books at Lulu Publishing.
