I have a report with an OLE field in it. To be specific, it's an embedded Powerpoint document. However, the user has the option of not putting anything in there.

When I print out the report I get a big blank spot. I'd like to substitute either a text message saying "No Information Needed" or something like that.

Is this possible? How would I go about doing it?

Oh yeah, here's how to do it:

ACC: How to Make Empty or Null OLE Object Not Appear on Report (Q90855)

Someone better give me a star for that... :)
