if number enterd is 0-50 change cell colour to blue,can i do this

please can anyone help me with this for a m8here is his full discription of what he wants to do .
In lotus123 how do I set a spreadsheet so that the cells automatically
change to pre set colours depending on the value of the figure inputted.
I want to input pick rates and highlight, automatically, if any of these
rates are between160-179, 180-199 and 159 or below.

 
Another solution would be to set up three columns with each being a different color. Then set up your @if statments for your numbers accordingly. Use the forth column for primary input. One of the three columns will display. Not quite as clean as the MS condt format, but it will work.
