If my system version is SP: 30nCG20 NAT, what system Do I have installed? and how do I know how many extensions, lines and what type of lines do I have ?

I know how to access to administration but i do not understand this.

Thanks,

30nCG20 is probably your feature set.
This decide what program packages you have installed in your pbx.
There is different feature sets depending on what services you need.
They could be like:
General Services
Enhanced Services
Call Centre Services
Enhanced Call Centre Services
Network Services
Enhanced Network Services
Enterprise Services
Unified Network Services

I cant help you with what your feature set represents as I dont recognise the number you have.
We have different feature sets here, but that is as I understand only different packages for different parts of the world..

The feature set specifies only what packages you have installed and not licences for analog, digital, wireless sets etc.
You can see what licences you have if you type SLT on your REQ prompt in LD 22.

Remember that only release 24 and newer is limited by licences. Earlier releases are limited by the hardware you have in you pbx.
