You haven't provided much information, but I'll guess you might be looking for the function "onlastrecord":
if onlastrecord then...
Or if you were using it to format a section, e.g., you wanted a page break after a group footer except on the last group, then you would go to the formula area for "new page after" and add:
not onlastrecord
