If I default a BCM50 that is only using IP phones (1120e & 1140e) will I be able to reprogram the unit or will I be lacking the keycode and have a "dead" system? I can't access EM because nnadmin password has been changed and I can't find any other username or password combination that works. I normally work on the CICS and the MICS and the telset **config has been disabled for the phones that are working. Any suggestions?
