IF I ADD A SINGLE FIELD FROM THE OTHER TABLE IT CREATES A LINKING ERROR.I HAVE CREATED NO RELATION SHIP WITH THE OTHER TABLES
WHT I SHOULD DO.

Crystal only activates a link to a table when one field from that table is used. So when you add that field it tries to link and fails. Your link is not correct.
