I have a table with the number of torandoes in each month. At the bottom of the table there is the average for the number of tornadoes for that month. I need to have the month be red if the average is over 100 or equal to 100 and need the month to be in black if the average is less than 100. How do I use the IF function and Conditional formatting to do this?

Hi,

Didn't know Massachusetts had that many tornados. We have a few here in Texas.

You do not need VBA in order to do this. Check out Format > Conditional Formatting.

If you need help with this spreadsheet feature, please post in Forum68.
