If a field is null when the report prints out can I have it put in a canned statement (i.e. "If you want to become a member, give us a call.")

Just an idea I was toying with

Thanks
Sharon

Sure, set the textbox ControlSource =Nz(YourDataItem,"YourMessage")

Did you hear about the Buddhist who refused Novocain during a root
canal? He wanted to transcend dental medication.

Make sure you change the name of your text box so it is not the name of a field in your report's record source.
