There's an Auto-Attendant on a BCM 4.0.
The call is answer by the Auto-attendant, user dial "0" to comunicate with the Operator (6000), If the Attendat Extension is not answer the call must be transfered to another extension (6001). but that's never happen . . .
DN 6000 has the FWD no Answer to 6001, FWD Delay is 2, Allowed redirect is Enabled
Any suggestion. . . Please I need some Ideas . . .
