If Attendant extension not anwser, forward the call

There's an Auto-Attendant on a BCM 4.0.

The call is answer by the Auto-attendant, user dial "0" to comunicate with the Operator (6000), If the Attendat Extension is not answer the call must be transfered to another extension (6001). but that's never happen . . .

DN 6000 has the FWD no Answer to 6001, FWD Delay is 2, Allowed redirect is Enabled

Any suggestion. . . Please I need some Ideas . . .
 

Allow redirect does nothing in this scenario.Change your transfer recall and DRT to prime to a bigger value(6-10 rings).Also make sure your bcm is always patched to the latest.
 
Make sure your system is fully patched before July 1...
