Hello,
I need to create a formula that checks the values of 3 cells, and based on that will do a look up to get a value.
A1 = 230 GSM (or other value based on drop down)
A2 = 1000 (or any value entered)
A3 = Press 1 (or press 2 or press 3, based on selection from drop down)

I have 3 tables on a separate work sheet which show values based on quantity and type of press.( I am showing 1 line of each table below)

Press 1 Qty up to 1250 = 150, 2500 = 150, 5000 = 200, 10000 = 250
Press 2 Qty up to 1250 = 150, 2500 = 200, 5000 = 200, 10000 = 300
Press 3 Qty up to 1250 = 150, 2500 = 200, 5000 = 250, 10000 = 300

Can this be done and can anyone help? It is the last bit of a calculation sheet I have prepared.

Thanks so much,

Joanne

Joanne,

You have 3 values selected in A1, A2 & A3.

And you have 3 tables.

Please explain how the 3 values relate to the 3 tables?

Is this one "line" from table 1?
[tt]
Press 1 Qty up to 1250 = 150, 2500 = 150, 5000 = 200, 10000 = 250
[/tt]
Is this all in one cell or WHAT? Don't know what one "line" means.

Please answer ALL these questions fully.

Skip,
