If a user sends an e-mail and it takes about 8 hours to reach its destiny, what can be the problem?
I never worked with any Novell product before.
I already talked to ISP and everything is correct.
 
Does this happen on all outbound emails, or just to a single Domain Name?

What version of NetWare, GroupWise and Support Pack are you running?

Please advise.

Yes, this happen on all outbound emails.
The version the netware, i don´t know.
The version de GroupWise 5 SBA and support Pack, i don´t known.

Do you have GWIA handling your Internet mail messages, or another type of Internet Messaging, like SendMail?

If you are using GWIA, under the Details/SMTP-MIME SETTINGS for the GWIA, make sure you have the correct IP Address for your ISP's Relay Host.

This sound very much like a relay host not understand where to go. As salserocito suggested check the GWIA setting but you can also look at the mslocal\mshold from the GWIA server to see if there are message files queuing up waiting to go out. Worth checking the MTA as well.
