If a Line is forward to the AO. how to disable it ?

I have this problem.

One line automatically is answered by the AO(automatic-operator). I mean automatically is forwarded to the FLASH.
I check on the Line Access and on the Line setup and everything is OK.

What do I have to check or do to disable this?

look in the AA programming and see if the lines are set to answer on a table at 0 rings.

login 120000 or 1020000 or 10020000
AA
Lines
Enter line number
OK
You can now scan thru the lines by hitting next and if ans = Y then look at the table/rings to see where and what # rings.


alternatively
check all of your telephone sets for one that is forwarded on busy, or fwd all calls to the vocemail.
