IEAK Question

I want to add a .CAB file to the Add Custom Component feature in IEAK6. The .CAB file contains Crystal Reports ActiveX Web Viewer control. On the Add Custom Component screen there is instructions as follows:

(If you specify a .CAB file, you must also specify the command to run.)

What is this command? Extract, Winzip???? I have no idea what it is. I know the IE browser does this behind the scenes when it sees a Codebase attribute in the Object tag in HTML.
