ieak deploying IE6 - local administrator rights

I was able to create a ieak build that I thought gave local admin rights, but when I ran the ie55urd.exe it says I don't have local administrator rights to run this. thanks for any help!!

For Win2k or XP is the RUNAS feature to pass alternative credentials for the job:
