IEAK - Can hotfixes be deployed automatically

I have not used IEAK to deploy IE, other than just a single installation source with some customized settings, and am only vaguely aware of all of its functions.

My question is, is it possible to create an installation package, and deploy it, and then when hotfixes become available, not only add these to the package (or recreate it), BUT also deploy the hotfix automatically to deployed PC's?

I need to find a solution that allows machines deployed with the IEAK to only download the hotfixes and not a completly recreated package.
