IE9 printing everything in dropdown

I have a page I am developing in VS c# and when I run the page, it prints everything in my dropdowns.

One dropdown on the page is showing 5 items and that is what it shows in the page preview.

So I say print the page and all 75 items in the dropdown print on the page????

What would cause that? I am on IE9 and running from Visual Studio.
