Ie9 32 bit Stops working 64bit fine

Hi Everyone
I have googled this problem and am coming up with nothing although its a common problem by the looks of things.

When I open IE9 32 bit in Windoiws 7 64 bit I get the following message

Internet Explorer has stopped Working
A problem caused the program to stop working correctly
Windows will close the program and notiofy you if a solution is avaialble.

If I check the message in Eventviewer

This happens about 9 times out 10 when trying to open the application. If I open 64 bit IE9 it works fine everytime.

Has anyone seen this before please.

Since IE is tightly intergated into the OS you could re-run SP1 over it and it might sort it.

On the 10% of the times it does open, try a full reset of the browser
