I am lauching IE8 in InPrivate mode.
It displays the homepage about:InPrivate, even though there is home page is set in Internet options.
How can I make IE8 to display my home page automatically, when launched in InPrivate mode.

Just add your 'home page' to the InPrivate call that you're using. Like:
[ignore]"%ProgramFiles%\Internet Explorer\iexplore" -private [/ignore]
