Two problems I have been having recently:
#1: Under IE7 and Vista the "install certificate" button does not appear when I click the "certificate error box". (we use a self signed certificate for our OWA, and IE7s warning frightens people, so I have them install the certificate.)
On machines with IE7 and XP there is a button that allows the inhalation of the certificate. Vista seems to have taken this away... anyone know where I can do it?
#2: I have a number of html files on my hard drive that contain active x controls as well as adobe flash. When I run these files locally, IE7 blocks active x on every link and pop-up window that is loaded. (flash also gives a warning box on some windows). The problem is that I can't add the local files to my trusted sites. These local files seem to be getting their settings from the internet settings (not intranet). Any recommendations on how to allow flash and active x to run unhindered from local html files?
