In IE7, if I right click and choose *open in new window*, it opens 2 new windows. When I view source it opens two and the second one complains that the file is in use....so it asks if I want to open another copy. How do I correct this? The only updates I have done is for my phone software. This began doing this after updating that, but didn't do it at all yesterday.
