I'm having issue getting IE7 to display this correctly, it working in FireFox 2, IE6, IE5.5, IE5, Netscape 8, Mozilla, and even Opera. But the text starts to high in IE7. I know IE8 comes out this later this fall, but this browser is driving me nuts! Can anyone see anything that would cause the text to start in the wrong place?

I would say IE7 is pretty right. Your header is 119px high (which is a good deal less than all the things you put in, so naturally next element will start at the bottom of header. You should remove the height of the header (that will revert it to auto) and then simply use white instead of transparent as the bottom colour of your wave. Because as is, the background of the header will spill into the wave. But quite frankly, I'd say what IE7 is rendering, is pretty much what you're telling it to render.

Good idea with the white on the bottom of the wave, i had it transparent and was making it with that hight restriction to keep it looking correct.

Thanks for the catch, after looking at the code for so long i needed a fresh set of eyes.
