IE7 content advisor settings

We are going to start rolling out IE7 but we can't seem to get around this one issue. We use Group Policies from our Windows 2003 domain controller to push down sites in the content adviser setting in IE6. When we login with a PC with IE7 it will not pick this setting up. Anyone have any idea why this
won't work with IE7.

Domain Controller: Windows 2003
Clients: XP SP2

I have updated the domain controller with the new GPO template for IE7.
