IE7 and There is a problem with this website's security certificate

Hello,
When users go to access a secure site they get a "There is a problem with this website's security certificate". I add the site to the trusted sites list and install the certificate without a problem, but the error continues.

Any thoughts or ideas are welcome.

Have you checked the details that explain the problem with the certificate? Get the Security report, by clicking the Certificate Error (to the right of the address bar), then view the certificate.

Can you post a link to an example site?

Check the day date and time to ensure all is set to the right ones.
If running IE7 start ie7 in no add on mode (system tools internet explorer no add ons)

Thanks for the tips - the certificate does have valid dates, but may be referencing an incorrect address so I have sent a request off to the company. For the moment I believe the error may be on their side. If I hear back I will post to the thread to let everyone know.
