Hi
I am trying to register a new domain, and to do that I go to which normally works real fine, then I type the domain name I want, and hit the "search" button to see if it is still available.
But then IE6 says that: (translated from swedish)
"The mission didn´t complete. IE couldnt´link to the page you requested. Maybe the page is not available for the moment."
But that page is available. I can reach it from other computers in our LAN.
The strange thing is that I cannot reach any other "domain searching site" at all to search for available domains, which tells me that they all need the same setting in my computer to work. I can reach their home pages and every other page on the sites. But that special page is out of reach from my computer.
I recently removed spyware with Spybot, and that caused some other browser problems. I had to make changes in the registry. This may be related. Where shall I start to look?
I guess it has something to do with security, but I turned everything down to low security level. It may be cookie-related, but I think I looked through that.
Happy for hints.
