IE6 Windows off screen

Hi, I have had this trouble with a few workstations,

When IE6 is opened it appears to start minimised, but is actually an open window. I can right click on it on the taskbar and maximise it np, but if I choose the restore window button it vanishes totaly.
It appears to be vanishing just of the screen to the left top, but there is nothing left to try to resize.
I get caught between no window and full screen.

This is very annoying to the users who have to maximize constantly.

When the window is minimized, left click on it on the taskbar one time to give it focus. Now don't touch your mouse anymore. On the keyboard, press Alt + Spacebar + M. Now the focus is off your mouse and on the keyboard. Use the arrow keys to bring the window onto the screen. When you can see the Title Bar then click the left mouse button one time to get the focus off the keyboard and back to the mouse. Resize to you needs.
