IE6 Transparent popups..

anything new on IE transparent new windows? I am still having problem when i click a link that wants a new window it opens up but stays transparent and freezes... if i hit stop the place cursor at the end of the url and hit enter it goes to website. I have tried ie fix and ie 6.0 but still have same problem.
