IE6 - ToolBar / Menu Lost - How to recover?

Hi
I am using IE6. By mistake, the tool bars are lost or disappeared. Probably, all the view got unselected.. and now I dont have a title bar only.

Tried.. Alt+F.. reinstallation, - no luck
Not able to reach the Customisation of 'view', since the menu itself is not available.

Cant uninstall IE6 also. Now what Can I do to set this right

Forget this post for answering. I have solved it myself by a registry hack. NOw it is fine.

I deleted ..
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\MICROSOFT\InternetExplorer
and then clicked on IE. That auto recreated the registry item and retained all my personalised items happily.

I am just providing it here.. so just in case needs a similar answer. Would like to know, if some one benefited ramani :-9

Did you try doing a repair for the browser? Depending on your OS and browser version the steps may be different. But look under the Control Panel - Add/Remove program. joegz

I had the same problem. I tried the repair option but the problem was still there. I deleted the key HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\MICROSOFT\InternetExplorer\Toolbar and then started Internet Explorer. This restored the Menu and Toolbars.
