IE6 Run Time Error 9 3

When I try to get on IE6, it loads very slow and I get this error "run script error 9" subscript out of range. On the tool bar on the bottom of the desktop there is a thing that says "Whaimager".
I have tried to re-load IE6 over top the one I have and it still loads slow when started. Can someone please help. I'va also did the repair etc. and still nothing.
All help is appreciated.

First things first...u've got spyware.

Read this and follow the instructions:

BE CAREFUL doing the registry edit, if you have to go that far...


But...substitute SpyBot (

) for AdAware. Get your pc clean and see if the problem persists...

Thanks Carr & Manarthfor the answer. I downloaded the spy ware and it seemed to clean it up a little. I am still getting the Run Time error 9.
Any other suggestions? By the way, where is your e-mail I wanted to thank you

Bob,

You've already thanked us by letting us know the fix worked (at least the spyware end of things). As for the script error, are you running Norton AV? If so, disable Norton for a short time and see if you still get the error...let us know.

I'm running Norton Internet Security. Also, another question...I'm using Netscape 7.0. I also have adelphia and they have a home page that plays Tech TV. When I use IE I can play the tech tv. as it uses Windows Media Player. When I use Netscape 7.0, I can't play anything. I've downloaded QuickTime and Real Player and still nothing happens.

You need a plug-in from Netscape to make Windows Media Player work, I know...not sure about the other players, but would assume it to be true for them as well...
