IE6 Opening windows always open with nothing in the address bar 1

Hey, when a website tried to open a new IE website (using javascript or just a normal link) the window opens but its always blank with nothing in the address bar

Now i've tried everything but cant fix it so im thinking the only way to fix it would be to install IE again but i cant find anyway of reinstalling with out getting that darn message box telling me i already have the lastest version

Any ideas?

Did you try running the command

regsvr32 urlmon.dll

This has fixed some browsers having this problem. joegz
