IE6 - Opening up blank pages when trying to view AOL mail through iE6

User has Windows 2000, IE6, Office 2000.
User made some "adjustments" to his IE6 browser settings. He's not sure what he did. Net result, when he goes to
his AOL account the and clicks on a mail item to view, a window pops up and it is blank.

He acccessing his webmail through the browser

Any suggestions ?
