Hi. I cannot get pages with my IE6 browser. The problem is the following: I enter the page address, i.e.: then the IE shows me in the lower left corner, beside IE icon, the pages that it is trying to get, and it is adding .edu, .com, .org to the original address. So, when I type it starts trying and so on. Of course it cannot found any page. I tried also putting only tek-tips, so it will add .com, but it doesn't work. I cannot get any page. I have only installed Dial Up Adapter with TCP/IP. That's all. Any ideas pleas ?? Thanks in advance,

Javier

remove all the IE temporaly files and cookies (if appropriate). Try again. OK?
If in command prompt you'll type nslookup , what you will get?
