Machine 1: 128MG Mem, 6+GB free on hd, Windows 2000, IE6.0, HP LJ1100, 1100 print driver, latest service packs.

Machine 2: 128MG Mem, 8GB free on hd, Windows XP, IE6.0, HP LJ4050, 4050 print driver, latest service packs.

Operators began experiencing lockups about three weeks ago after updating the service packs.

From either machine, the browser locks up when they operators try to print from the website.

The Browser Print Preview shows a blank page.

I had the operator copy the contents of the page and past it into Word Perfect. This allowed her to print, but her browser still locked up.

Checked to see if the print task ate up the memory, and it did not.

Browser will not allow the operator to navigate, but will allow her to close.

All of the internet settings have remained and we have run the browser repair on the Windows 2000 machine. It did not resolve the issue.

Any help in resolving, would be appreciated.

The copy \paste operation seems to be what caused the lockup as the operator tried to copy and then navigate and it locked up.

Thanks, crcarter
