IE6 link problem 2

I can go to any site but not to any links on sites? When I click a link just a blank window appears.
Not had this problem, any help appreciated greatly.

100% correct Bill, that was the fix I needed. I was so unaware of this problem and it came out of the blue on a well cared for XP machine.
Thanks for your time and effort helping others.
I shall file this fix away with many others I keep on hand.
