IE6 jumping between sessions as they open, driving me crazy, HELP!

As I have a slow connection I like to open a few sessions at once so that i can be reading one while another downloads. Since installing XP the pages have started jumping about as new information is opened on them. How do I get this to stop. It is seriously annoying.
