IE6 Issue

Hi,
My website (

looks fine in all current browsers but I have a slight problem with IE6. At the very top of the page is an image (advertisement). In IE6 this is moved down the page creating a large white section. I have tried removing this image and can confirm that the problem goes away.

Does anyone know what is causing this please?

I would start with getting the page to validate before anything else. 500 errors and over 900 warnings has to be some kind of record.
