Strange new problem (since re-installing my Belkin wireless driver yesterday) is that when a site can't be found, or a popup won't load properly, IE silently shifts to Offline, and then when I next click, it asks me to dial-in, or otherwise connect. I *am* connected, but thestatus of IE has strangely changed. I can change it back under the
File Menu but it will happen again next time there's a problem.

Does this sound familiar to anyone?
