Technical User
On a couple of XP Pro PCs.
When the user visits a web site and completes some on-line details, when they view the details they've entered the updated page doesn't contain the details they've entered, but on another XP PC logging into the same web site the details are complete. Now, I've had something similar on my own XP PC. After updating a web site I was developing the updated pages refused to load and IE6 refused to update the new page, and continued to pull older pages from the browser cache. Using View/Refresh or F5 didn't resolve the problem until I flushed the cache using the 'delete files' option on Tools.
I have not noticed this behaviour on Windows 2000 PCs, only XP Pro. Any ideas out there?
