IE6 couldn't open it, help me!

Hi there:

My problem is that I couldn't open

http://www.workopolis.com

with IE6 which is running on Win2000 advanced server on one of my PCs.

But, I can access this site through IE6 running on Win98 which is sharing the dialup line with the PC(server) above through a T/10 cable and a network card.

I didn't find any other site has this problem except

http://www.cibc.com,

another site.

Browser config issues? or server config issues?
