I realize this has a couple of threads already, but with my system I tried all of the previous suggestions with no luck. Until I went in and unchecked the Enable third-party extensions in Internet Explorer. Now that this box is unchecked IE opens new windows fine. Now I was wondering where I can find out with third-party software is causing the problem. I have used BHO Capture but it only found my bluetooth device. Any suggestions?
