Can't click on the support links from within NetObjects Fusion or within other programs. It's as though it doesn't recongize the connect. Tried to download a service pack & got a proxy server error message. I am also getting a pop-up window "about blank" when clicking on thumbnails, etc.

"about blank" is a pop-up ad. For the links problem, with all browser windows closed go to the control panel--internet options--programs tab--click the reset web settings button then ok out. (You may or may not have to change your homepage after doing that.) Does it work now? If not try this. Click start--run--type or copy this into the box and press enter:

regsvr32 urlmon.dll

If that doesn't work try extracting a new oleaut32.dll file into the system folder. If you have system file checker you can extract with it.

If you have winME the extract function is in msconfig. Start--run--msconfig.
