IE6.0 freezes when Deleting internet tmp files

As the subject says. And I got fairly new cp with winXP and 2.0 GB Mhz speed.

Is this a known bug or just isolated problem here ?

Probably an isolated issue. Try using a freeware program called Empty Temp Folders to see if this helps.

I had this probelm when temp was too full I guess,
or, of course, when pws was running a project,
in IE 5.5., and if I waited long enough,
it stopped freezing, this finishing the tsak.
Until then it was freezed.

I don't remeber having problem with IE 6.

Try clearing out Favourites ( after backing up )
