I have a few clients running reports from my website. When they try to download the report in PDF format they receive the message "File does not exist"
So far no one else is having this issue except for these clients running on this particular platform.. I checked all browser versions with adobe and they are fine.
They are using IE 6.0 with the following patches:
Q328970, Q324929 SP1
The OS is Win2000 and they are using adobe 5.05. I was wondering if there is some sort of know issue with the latest patch or if this is an issue with IE6.0 that a setting change could easily fix.
