Internet explorer will not access certain web sites, HOTMAIL for example will not come up, I just get the generic site is not working message. The problem seems to occur when cgi scripts are running on a page, but im not sure. I have tried completely uninstalling all version of IE, including uninstalling back to IE4, deleting all registry keys, searching and deleting all IE exe files and dlls that i can find.. but every time i reinstall IE, no matter what version, I can't get past the original problem. I suspect its in the ms virtual machine, but I cant seem to get it eradicated.... how can I clean this machine up so that I can install from scratch?

thanks in advance

Well, I applied the service pack but nothing changed. However, after a couple more uninstalls and reinstalls, I re-applied the NT service pack and the workstation was magically healed....

thanks for the info..
