I had this problem at a school who's network me manage. Some kid was turning on the CA password. I could find no way around it and managed to find this explicitly written in Microsoft's Technet Article 'Limiting Access to Internet Content With RSACI Rating System' [Q171985]:<br><br>'Be sure to write down your supervisor password and store it in a safe place. For your protection, this password is highly secure. If you forget it, you must reinstall Windows 95 to create a new one.'<br><br>After we imaged al the machines that had been affected we turned off the ability to edit the CA settings through registry keys...you might want to look into this.
