IE5 Address Bar Disappeared??

Hi,

I have got a user who has managed to loose their Address Bar within Internet Explorer. We are running Windows 2000 Professional SP2 and Internet Explorer 5.00.3315.1000. I have tried all the normal things of reseting all settings within IE, and even deleting the users roaming and local profile as well as deleting the users profile directory off the server. Any ideas????

If you right-click on an unused part of the toolbar, you should get a drop-down menu. Is there a check-mark for Address ?

Yes, the tick is there to say that the address bar is showing....but it isn't.

Tried both suggestions but still no luck!!

Probably of no help, but would you check the registry
to see if there is any key named NoAddressBar , value=1 in
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Internet ExplorerRestrictions
or in
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Internet ExplorerRestrictions
