IE5.5 Address- and Linkbar lost

addressbar and linkbar have vanished. I don't know how or why; they are chosen in the view.
I already tried to pull down the visible bars a bit but this didn't work out neither.

When did it start?


Backup the registry and/or export the following keys:
go to Start>Run, type regedit. Navigate to:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Toolbars
and delete the Restrictions key.
