Running IE 6.0 on a Win98se machine. I recently formated the hard drive, reinstalled windows and all the software. The machine is connected to a LAN, and after I run the connection wizard, it won't find any pages. I selected it to automatically detect the aettings like all the other machines on the LAN, but it still won't find the pages. Could the machine be too slow to run IE? It's an older and slower system, at 96mb RAM. The machine is connected to the network, meaning it is visible to all other machines, and all the other machines can see it. Any ideas? Thanks.

Have you tried configuring your connection manually (proxy server, etc...) or is that information not available to you? joegz
