IE will NOT load msn.com

I'm going crazy here!!

Windows XP Pro w/SP2
Latest Updates

When I try to navigate to msn.com, it takes me to a login net passport site that says:
NET Passport Unavailable at This Site Help


The .NET Passport service is currently unavailable at this Web site for one of these reasons:

The site may contain an error or be experiencing a problem that affects the .NET Passport service.
• The site may not be an official .NET Passport-participating site.

Using FireFox, it navigates to the site properly. I've run Adaware, Spybot, MS Anti Spyware, (all with the latest updates.

Can anyone help???
