IE times out on our new home page

Hi All,

Our new intranet website is timing out on some computers and giving the dreaded "page can't be displayed". Can I up the settings so it won't time out as easy...or? Any advice is greatly appreciated!

Perhaps your server is badly configured or under heavy stress, so it might be worth investigating the back end (a good excuse to buy a shiny new server with all the bells and whistles? ;-))
